Wilma Marcia Wallen, age 82, of Livingston, Tennessee passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tennessee on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Wilma was born Friday, October 31, 1941 to the late William and Alverette Vanderhoof in Addison, Vermont.
In addition to her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by her son: Reid Aron Wallen who was from Randolph, Vermont. She was also preceded in death by her brother: William Vanderhoof who was from Umatilla, Florida; and her sister: Rosalee Vanderhoof who was from Cookeville, Tennessee.
Wilma is survived by two daughters: Coral Willis (Wade) of White River Junction, Vermont; and Robin Hunter of Livingston, Tennessee; two sons: Rick Wallen (Lisa) of Livingston, Tennessee, and Randall Wallen (Jingjing) of Canton, Ohio. Wilma is also survived by her grandchildren: Kelly Carr, Kim Savage, Brett Wallen, Allie Davis, Kaytie Hunter, Gabbie Hunter, and Riley Hunter. Wilma's great-grandchildren: Leah Davis, Josslynn McGough, Adalynn McGough, Lyla Bowman, and Jace Savage survive as well. Her brother: Frank Vanderhoof (Rose) of Umatilla, Florida, and her sister: Marcia Winnie of Livingston also survive. Wilma is also survived by her sister-in-law: Ronda Vanderhoof of Umatilla, Florida. There are also several nieces and nephews who survive.
Wilma loved to read. She was a devoted Christian and a faithful Jehovah's Witness. She loved camping, birds, and spending time with her family. She was always a joyful person.
The family will have a Memorial Service at the Kingdom Hall Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 4 PM. p
