Willodean Ball, born May 31, 1936, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Willodean was a hardworking and devoted woman who held various positions throughout her life, including many years at Jerry's IGA. She was known for her strong work ethic, generous heart, and unwavering dedication to her family.

More than anything, Willodean loved her family. She spent her life caring for those she loved, always putting others before herself. She never let anyone leave her home hungry, and even after a long day of work, she made sure her family was cared for. Whether preparing meals, offering support, sharing wisdom, or simply lending a listening ear, she made everyone feel welcomed and loved. Her kindness, strength, and compassion touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Chuck Ball; her grandchildren, Jennifer Moreno, Kelli Cave, Melissa Ball, and DeeDee Kong; her great-grandchildren, Caitlyn, Adrian, Scott, Rosa, Jazlen, Aliya, Cody, Xander, Mallory, Kason, and James Junior; her great-great-grandchildren, Esme, Jesse, Nova, Layana, Luciana, and Everett; and numerous beloved siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, Beth Hinton, Vickie Partin and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Ball; her son, Donnie Ball; her great-grandson, Logan Flores; her parents, Oplis and Oza Anne Cox; and numerous siblings.

Willodean leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and devotion to family. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those whose lives she touched. Though she is no longer with us, the love she shared, the lessons she taught, and the memories she created will live on in the hearts of her family for generations to come.

Visitation will be Friday, June 12, 2026 starting at 10AM in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home, Livingston, TN.

Funeral service will be Friday, June 12, 2026 at 11AM.

Burial will be at Carmel Cemetery, 1000 N. Rangeline Rd. in Carmel, Indiana.
