DECEASED:  Mr. Willie Howard White age 76 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at his residence with his family by his side.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Willie was born on Friday, October 10, 1947 to the late Arvis and Beulah (Crabtree) White. Willie loved his family with all of his heart. He loved to hunt, fish, and work in the garden, watch his birds, sports, music, flowers, and his dog Blackie. Willie has a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army with honorable discharge. He was in the 41st Engr Co (PC) USARPAC. Awarded the Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal. He was a lifetime member of VFW and American Legion.

SURVIVORS: His loving wife: Tara (Garrett) White; 1 Son: Anthony White; 1 Step Daughter: Abby Simpson and her husband Danny; 1 Son in-law: JR. Copeland; 2 granddaughters: Courtney White, Jessica Wright and her husband Austin; 2 Grandsons: Thomas White, Scott Copeland and his wife Olivia; 1 Step Grandson: Wesley Ray Simpson; 2 great Granddaughters: Maia and Ryleigh Wright; 1 brother: James White; 2 Sisters: Carolyn White, Wilma Rector and her husband Brian. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins also survive..

PRECEEDED IN DEATH:  In addition to his parents; he is preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Angela Copeland;1 Sister and Brother in-law: Judy and Gerald Collins; 1 Brother in-law: Johnny Ray Melton; 1 Sister in-law: Patsy White; 1 Nephew: Chris Hooks.

PALLBEARERS:  David Nolen, Tommy Walker, Joe Spivey, Corey King, Robbie Schoettle, Jacob Linder; Honorary: Scott Copeland, Thomas White, Austin Wright, Wesley Simpson, Danny Simpson.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Funeral services for Mr. Willie Howard White will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 2 PM from the Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Good Hope Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, May 29, 2024 starting at 5 PM to 9 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Derrek Copeland and Bro.
