MR William Cortel Garrett was born August 15, 1918 in Overton County to the late Grover V. and Martha Jane (Hawkins) Garrett. He is survived by his wife Gwendola (Huffines) Garrett of Anderson, IN; two sons and daughters-in-law Roger and Doris Garrett of Anderson, J.B. and Nancy Garrett of Anderson; one daughter and son-in-law Betty and Steven Patty of Parker City, IN; two sisters, Inell Swinford of Chesterfield, IN and Marie Ellis of Hilham, TN. 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive
