Mrs. Wanda Mae Thurman, age 69 of Livingston, passed away at Vanderbilt Medical Center on Friday, May 8, 2009. Mrs. Thurman was born on April 2, 1940 in Overton County, TN to the late Joe and Hauta Holman Ledbetter. Mrs. Thurman is survived by: Husband: Cecil Lloyd Thurman; 1 Son: Ronald Thurman and wife Tina; 1 Daughter: Brenda Peever and husband Robin; 3 Sisters: Clara Hunter, Bobbie Thurman, and O.V. Apollos; 1 Brother: Coy Ledbetter; 4 Grandsons: Steve McGee and wife Jamie, Matt McGee, Blake Thurman, and Parker Thurman; and 3 Great Grandchildren also survive. She is preceded in death by: In addition to her parents; Son: Ricky Thurman; and Brother: James Ledbetter.
