DECEASED:  Mr. Teddy Ray Watkins age 59 of the Poplar Springs Community of Overton Co. and formally of Allons, TN passed from this life on Friday, May 10, 2024 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Teddy Ray Watkins was born in Indianapolis, Marion Co. Indiana on Wednesday, July 15, 1964 to the late William "Bill" Ray and Patricia Jean (Moseley) Watkins. Teddy loved all his family very much and spending time with them. His hobbies were fishing, music, and hunting. Teddy will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Caitlan Watkins and her fiancé Trevor Elrod; Companion and Mother of his Daughter: Penny Gamble; 1 Sister: Tanya Cole and her husband P.J.; also survived by 3 Nieces: Brandi Mercer and her husband Wes, Megan Gore and her husband Cody, Chelsea Crawford; Great nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 1 Brother: Timmy Watkins; Grandparents.

PALLBEARERS: Scotty Watkins, Randy Watkins, Dink Watkins, Chad Holman, Kevin Watkins; Honorary Pallbearers: Mike Green, P.J. Cole, Trevor Elrod.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Funeral services for Mr. Teddy Watkins will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 2 PM with burial to follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery in the Poplar Springs Community of Overton Co. the family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 17th starting at 11 AM until the service at 2 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Steve Dailey. The family request that lieu of flowers please donations toward funeral expenses.                                                                             P
