Mrs. Susan (Miller) Lingerfelt Starnes, age 68, of McMinnville, TN died suddenly on Saturday, June 07, 2025. She was born on October 05, 1956 in Rickman, TN and was a member of the Trinity Assembly Church. She was an administrative assistant at the Upper Cumberland Resource Agency. She is preceded in death by her parents Fred Miller and Lucille Roberson Miller, brothers in law Tracy Welch and Donald Ray Poston.

Mrs. Starnes is survived by husband James Lloyd Starnes, her only child Jason Coe (Rebecca) Lingerfelt, sisters Connie (Bob) Nelson, Debbie (Mike) Hunter, Cindy (Larry) Stanley, Julie (David) Prichard, Vickie Poston, Rena Welch, sister in law Sarah (Larry) Smith, brother in law Terry (Emma) Starnes, grandchildren A.J. Davis, Jacob Lingerfelt, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Visitation for Susan Starnes is scheduled for Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Hall Funeral Home Chapel, 2106 Cookeville Hwy, Livingston, TN 38570.  Memorial service will follow visitation. The Starnes family will receive friends locally on Saturday from 9:30 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. in the McMinnville Funeral Home parlors.
