DECEASED:  Mrs. Sandy Gaye Lacy age 54 of Alpine, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Mrs. Sandy Gaye Lacy was born in Jamestown, Fentress Co., TN on Sunday, November 29, 1970 to Terry and Judy Pritchard Duvall.  Sandy worked at the Overton County Nursing Home as a CNA for several years. She had many hobbies including working in her flower garden, attending every yard sale she could find and baking cookies with her grandchildren. She always loved entering her prize winning biscuits and cornbread into the Overton County Fair. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

SURVIVORS: Her loving husband of nearly 36 years: Terry Lacy; 1 Daughter: April Maxfield and her husband Charlie; 1 Son: Holden Lacy; 3 Grandchildren: Melody, Trenton, and Tracen Maxfield; Her parents: Terry and Judy Duvall of Jamestown; 2 brothers: Randy Duvall, Andy Duvall; 1 Sister: Candy Wright; a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.

PALLBEARERS: Randy Duvall, Andy Duvall, Matthew White, Adam Lacy, Dustin Short, Josh Lacy, Tanner Lacy.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Graveside services for Mrs. Sandy Lacy will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025 at 1 PM from the Bethsadia Cemetery in Monroe, Overton Co., TN. The family will welcome friends at the 1 PM graveside. Officiating with the services will be Bro. Jeff Short.
