Ruth E Holt Fannin, age 85 of Indianapolis, Indiana, born November 05, 1940 in Hilham, TN to Garland Mann Holt and Maggie Rich Holt.

Ruth departed to her heavenly home surrounded by loved ones on December 28, 2025.

She is survived by her brother, Carson W. Holt of New Palestine, IN., loving nephew, Roy A. Brown, who provided care for her in her final days on earth, and many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Art Fannin, also her first husband, Ray Gearlds,  siblings; Waymon, Elphia, , Lucille, Hugh, Eubert, Charles, Glena, Wynell, Garland lI, and Kay.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Graveside services will be held at McDonald Cemetery in Hilham, TN at 1PM on January 01, 2025 with Freddie Looper officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask for contributions to be made to the McDonald Cemetery Fund, in Hilham, Clay Co. TN.
