Mr. Roy Thomas Bilbrey age 93 from the Timothy Community of Overton County was born January 5, 1914. He passed away at the Livingston Regional Hospital on Sunday evening November 4, 2007. Mr. Roy Bilbrey is survived by (2) brothers: Atwell Bilbrey of Livingston and Raymond Bilbrey of Cookeville, Tn. (1) special Nephew and care giver: Willie Hugh Bilbrey. He was preceded in death by his wife: Tina (Ferrell) Bilbrey, his father and mother: Solman and Susie (Robbins) Bilbrey, (6) brothers: Eddie, Floyd, Quintin, Carvel, Rue and Grady Bilbrey, (3) sisters: Katy Kirby, Unice Bilbrey, and Lizzie Bilbrey. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. He was a member of Tom Brokaw's Greatest Generation-having served for three years in the United States Army during World War II. He was honorably discharged as a disabled Veteran. He will be missed by all who knew him.
