Mr. Ricky Dean Allen, age 49 of Cottonwood, AZ (fomerly of Hilham), passed away at Verde Valley Medical Center in Arizona on Saturday, May 9, 2009. Mr. Allen was born in Jackson County, TN on Novenber 13, 1959 to Florence Faye Allen and the late Claude Dean Livingston. Mr Allen is survived by: Wife: Kimberly Allen of Livingston, TN; 1 Son: Christopher Allen of Rickman, TN; 1 Daughter: Jamie Allen of Rickman, TN; Mother: Florence Faye Allen of Arizona; 1 Step-Son: Jason Masters of Hilham, TN; 1 Step-Daughter: Melissa Masters of Rickman, TN; 2 Sisters: Kimberly Thrasher of Livingston, TN and Tammy Lee of Hilham, TN; 2 Step-Grandchildren, 4 Nieces, and 2 Nephews also survive. He is preceded in death by: Father: Claude Dean Livingston; Grandmother: Maudie Carr Allen; 1 Brother: Terry Allen; and 1 Sister: Yolanda Allen.
