Mr. Randy Wayne Smith age 42 of Red Boiling Springs passed away Firday evening March 31, 2006 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Mr. Randy Wayne Smith was born in Indianapolis, IN. on November 30, 1963 to Oral Smith and the late Rachel Wood Smith. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by brother Lannie Smith. Survivors include sons Justin Smith and Brock Smith both of Gamaliel, KY., sister Teresa Wright of Red Boiling Springs (Oak Grove Community), Father Oral Smith of Moss (Oak Grove Community)
