DECEASED:  Mr. Philip Matthew Riley age 60 of the Hardy's Chapel Community of Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from the Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, Cumberland Co., TN with his daughters by his side.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Philip Matthew Riley was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN to Lula Bell Crawford Riley and the late Billy D. Riley on Tuesday, December 18, 1962. Philip was raised in the Hardy's Chapel Community of Overton County. He cherished his time spent with his children, grandchildren, and his brothers. He was a proud father, and grandfather that loved his family dearly, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

SURVIVORS:  Wife: Melinda (Sells) Riley; 2 Daughters: Taylor Riley, Morgan Ferrell and her husband Justin; 3 Grandchildren: Clayton James Boykin, Kendrick Matthew Ferrell, Aubree; Mother: Lula Bell (Crawford) Riley; 2 Brothers: Dale Riley, David Riley and his wife Julia. A host of family members and friends also survive.
