DECEASED: Mrs. Peggy Garrett age 84 of Allons, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday evening, April 3, 2020 while at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Peggy (Robbins) Garrett was born in Monroe, Overton Co., TN on October 24, 1935 to the late Dewey and Vallie (Padgett) Robbins. She was a faithful member of the Allons Baptist Church for almost 60 years, where she loved her Senior Ladies Sunday School Class. She could grow anything and loved gardening and spending time in her yard. Peggy finished her working career at A H Roberts Elementary School where she worked as a library aide. She continued to stay involved with Gideons International until her death. She will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Edwin Garrett; 1 Son: Martin Garrett and his wife Lounetta; 2 Daughters: Kim Garrett, Lisa (Garrett) Coil and her husband Chris; 1 Granddaughter: Emma Claire Coil; 3 Grandsons: Stephen Garrett and his wife Jaime, Russell Garrett, Ivan Coil; 1 Great Granddaughter: Savannah Garrett; 3 Great Grandsons: Carter Garrett, Wesley Garrett, Cooper Garrett; 1 Brother: Tony Robbins; 3 Sisters in-law: Pattie Robbins, Imogene Robbins, Ann Maxine Nivens; several nieces and nephews along with her church family also survive.

PALLBEARERS: Robbie Robbins, Gerald Lewis, Roy Lee Seber, Joe Robbins, Tony Robbins, Jr., Tate Robbins.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Private Graveside Services for the family only for Mrs. Peggy Garrett at the Garrett Family Cemetery in Allons, TN with Bro. Chris Coil, Bro. John Keith, Bro. Damon Corley officiating the services.
