Mr. Oscar Mill Jr. better known as Junior age 72 of the Rickman Community in Overton Co. TN passed away on February 6, 2009 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN he was born in Putnam Co. TN to the late James Oscar and Levada Roberson Miller on February 6, 1937. He is survived by 3 Sisters. Reba Clouse, Pansy Clouse, Mary Laycock all of Rickman, TN 18 Nephews and Nieces. 43 Great Nephews and Nieces. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by: 3 Brothers: Dewey Miller, Fred Miller, Roger Miller. 2 Sisters: Ruby Reed, Betty Mackie. 3 Brothers In-Law: Fred Reed, Lloyd Mackie, Frank Laycock. 3 Nephews.
