Mr. O L Sullivan, age 68 of Cookeville, passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Saturday Evening, Febraury 14, 2009. Mr. Sullivan was born in Overton County, TN on January 28, 1941 to Mary Lou Mabrey Sullivan and the late Lillard Sullivan. Mr Sullivan is survived by: 1 Son: Jayson and wife Cynthia Sullivan of Cookeville; 1 Daughter: Pam and husband Randy Dial of Cookeville; Mother: Mary Lou Sullivan of Cookeville; 3 Sisters: Billie Vaughn of Cookeville, Barbara Parkers of Nashville, and Kenny Sullivan of Florida; 1 Brother: Leonard Sullivan of Cookeville; 2 Grandsons: Cole Sullivan and Cody Wade Sullivan; 1 Granddaughter: Erica Dial; many nieces and nephews also survive
