DECEASED:  Mrs. Norma Ellen Bilbrey age 76 of the Rickman community of Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at the Cookeville Regional Hospital.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Mrs. Norma Ellen Bilbrey was born in Pittsburg, Williamson Co., IL on Thursday, August 12, 1948 to the late Lowell and Betty June Arnold Davis. Norma was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a sister to her siblings. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Loved her dogs. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

SURVIVORS:  Husband of 60 years: Doug Bilbrey; 2 Sons: Scott (Melissa) Bilbrey, Dale Bilbrey all of Rickman, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Ethan (Skylar) Bilbrey of Eolina, MN, Micah Bilbrey of Cookeville, TN, Eric (Rebecca) Bilbrey of Rickman, TN, Alesha Bilbrey of Rickman, TN; 3 Great Grandchildren: Sage, Judah, Cedar Bilbrey; 1 Sister: Joyce Ealey of Herrin, IL; A host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH:  In addition to her parents; Sister: Louise Vineyard; 3 Brothers: Tom Davis, Lowell "Punk" Davis, Jr., Everett "Curly" Davis.

PALLBEARERS: George Bilbrey, Calvin Bilbrey, Eric Bilbrey, Ethan Bilbrey, Micah Bilbrey, Steve Bilbrey.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Funeral services for Mrs. Norma Ellen Bilbrey will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 3 PM from the Hall Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Eckles Cemetery. The family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 16th starting at 1 PM to 3 PM. Officiating with the service will be Justin Reeder, Ethan Bilbrey, Jack Honeycutt.
