Mr. Monroe Helton, age 78 of Monroe, TN, passed away at Livingston Regional Hospital on Tuesday morning, July 14, 2009. Mr. Monroe Helton was born on August 15, 1930 in Buckhorn, KY to the late Sam and Oma Young Helton. He was a member of The First Baptist Church in Livingston. Mr. Helton is survived by: Wife: Faye Helton; 2 Sons: Richard Stidam and wife Patty and Monroe Helton Jr. and wife Beverly; 3 Daughters: Christine Wilson and husband B.J., Donna Smith, and Mary Beeson; 14 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild also survive. He was preceded in death by: In addition to his parents; 1 Great Granddaughter; 2 Sisters, and 5 Brothers.
