PERSONAL INFORMATION: Ms. Michaila Mahaffey was born in Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN on December 10, 1999 to Opal Young and Johnny Mahaffey. Michaila had a heart of gold and she loved her family very much. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
