Mr. Marvin Bill-Smith, age 80 of Monroe, TN, passe away at his residence on Thursday, November 26, 2009. Mr. Smith was born on October 18, 1929 in Alpine, TN to the late Harmon and Velva Cooper Smith. He served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Smith is survived by: Wife: Bonita Smith of Monroe, TN; 2 Sons: Mike Smith of Cookeville, TN and Tim Smith of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Vickie Neathery of Hilham, TN and Tammy Robbins of Alpine, TN; 5 Sisters: Hallie Armstrong of Maryland, Ruth Cooper of Indiana, Betty Story of Alpine, TN, Ann Crabtree of Monroe, TN, and Judy Choate of Jamestown, TN; 1 Brother: Howard Smith of Alpine, TN; 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by: In addition to his parents: Harmon and Velva Bob-Smith; 3 Brothers: John Arlin Smith, Bobby Smith, and Bates Smith; and 1 Grandson: Josh Smith.
