Loland "Ray" Garrett, age 71, passed away unexpectedly at his home Livingston, Monday January 8th, 2024. Leaving behind a loving family and many many friends.

His family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers, and kind words in this difficult time. While loosing someone unexpectedly is a great shock, his family is taking comfort that he was living without pain or restrictions enjoying his life doing what he loved working with his hands, staying busy. He retired as a welder and fabricator and a licensed gunsmith, but throughout his life he dabbled in many careers and hobbies from automotive repair to construction.

His wish was to be cremated with no funeral service, wanting people to remember his easy going, fun personality. Anyone wanting to share memories or funny stories there is a post on Linking Livingston Facebook page that will be shared with family and friends to bring them comfort. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Saint Judes or any children's charity of your choice. Being a big kid himself, he would have liked that. Again, the family is thankful for the outpouring of support from everyone.     P
