Ms. Lois U. Simmons, age 92, of Byrdstown, TN, born to Howard Lee and Esta(Rhule) Morningstar, passed away, Tuesday, August 18, 2026.

Ms. Simmons is survived her husband, Joseph Simmons, sons; Carl(Becky) Simmons, and Tim Neal, Daughter in law; Teresa Simmons, 3 brothers; William Lee Jr., Larry and Johnny Lee, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Ms. Simmons is preceded in death not only by her parents, but also by, 3 sisters; Sue Shirrell, Alta Segraves, and Joyce Lee, son Jerry Simmons, grandson Josh Simmons, grand daughter Michelle Gruwell, and great granddaughter Lexi Simmons.

Pallbearers; Ron Mountz, Johnathon Neal, John Hackney, Chance Mashburn, Tim Lippert, Kevin Flowers, Lane Pritchard, and Bill Gibson.

Funeral Services will be held in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home, Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 1PM.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 20, 2026 starting at 10AM until time of service at 1PM.

Burial will follow to Locust Grove Cemetery, in Albany, KY.
