DECEASED: Mrs. Patricia Ann Mayberry age 60 of Monterey, Putnam Co., TN passed away on Tuesday morning, December 27, 2016 at the Cookeville Regional medical Center.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Patricia Ann Mayberry was born in Dayton , Ohio on July 18, 1956 to the late Thomas and Geraldine Poston Deck.
SURVIVORS: Daughter: Amber Mayberry of Cookeville, TN ; 4 Grandchhildren also survive.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; Husband: Larry Mayberry; Daughter: Amy Mayberry.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Graveside services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Mayberry will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 9 AM at the Zion Hill Cemetery in the Rickman Community of Overton Co. with Burial to follow.
