DECEASED: Mr. William "Billy" Ray Watkins age 69 of Allons, TN passed away at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN on Monday morning, August 11, 2014.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. William "Billy" Ray Watkins was born in Allons, Overton Co., TN on November 23, 1944 to the late Albert Clyde and Ruby Dimple Cantrell Watkins. Billy retired from the Overton Co. Highway Department.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Patricia Jean Watkins of Allons, TN 1 Son: Teddy Ray Watkins and wife Penny of Hardys Chapel comm. TN 1 Daughter: Tany Jean Cole and Husband P J of Allons, TN 4 Brothers: Paul Watkins and wife Linda, Earl Watkins and wife Sonya, Jack Watkins and wife Ruth, Fred Watkins and wife Diane. 4 Sisters: Johnnie Holman and husband Kenny, Betty Sellsl and husband Ray, Janie Smith and husband Harold, Patricia Gore and husband Bobby. 4 Granddaughters: Brandi Mercer and husband Wesley, Caitlan Watkins and fiancé Trevor, Megan Gore and husband Cody, Chelsea Crawford . 2 Great Grandsons: Jax Xander Mercer and Shooter James Gore.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: 1 Son: Timothy Earl Watkins and 1 Grandson: Jonathan Earl Crawford. 2 Sisters: Mary Jo Dailey and Brenda Faye Dailey. 1 Brother: Ricky Leon Watkins.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. William "Billy" Ray Watkins on Wednesday, 13, 2014 @ 11 am from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Hoover Cemetery in Allon, Overton Co., TN family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, August 12, 2014 5pm to 9pm. Officiating will be Bro. Howard Dailey.
