Mr. Derrick R. Webb age 31 of Cookeville, TN passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Derrick R. Webb was born in Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN on Monday, August 11, 1986 to Henry and Anna Hooks Webb. Derrick was the Captain of the Hardy's Chapel Volunteer Fire Department #2103. When he wasn't at the fire hall you could either catch him hunting or spending time with his family and friends.

SURVIVORS include his parents: Henry and Anna Webb; Brother: Danny and wife Jessica Webb; Nephew: Tyler Webb; Niece: Madilyn Webb; Special friend Kristy Peek and daughter: Kimberly Peek; Aunt: Marlene and husband Gary Hardison; Uncle Willard and wife Sharon Willis; Cousins: Vance & Melissa & Spence Tankersly & Stephanie Tankersly, David Reed, Gage, Jeffery & Cody Willis and a host of family and friends.

His grandparents preceded Mr. Webb in death: Columbus & Eliza Mae Hooks and Margaret Willis

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Derrick R. Webb will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 1:30 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Crawford Chapel Cemetery in the Hardy's Chapel Community. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 20, 2018 starting at 5 PM to 8 PM and Sunday, January 21 ^st from 10 AM until the time of service. Officiating will be Bros. Jerry Buckner and Kerry Higgins.
