Obituary

Visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday, May 5, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A celebration of Wanda's life will be held at 4:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Livingston with Brother Don Cobb officiating. Burial will be at Good Hope Cemetery in Overton County.
Wanda Lorene Crabtree (Leus) age 77 of Livingston, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on May 2, 2013 at Livingston Regional Hospital.
She was born on November 30, 1935 in Pocasset, Oklahoma to William Carl and Hazel Jane Leus. Wanda and Chuck met and married in California in 1953 and relocated to Livingston in 1993. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Livingston where she enjoyed her time in the nursery and taking care of the children. She had an enthusiasm for singing in the choir and others always looked forward to her recipes, especially the desserts. Some of her favorite things were quilting, basket-weaving, shopping, knitting, crocheting, shopping, gardening, sewing, and of course shopping. She enjoyed spending time on the deck with her family but especially loved morning coffee with Chuck in the swing.
Wanda left a legacy of love and is survived by her husband: Clarence (Chuck) Iverson Crabtree, (2) daughters: Denise Henry and husband Barry and Debra Crabtree, (1) sister: Betty Dilbeck, (5) grandchildren: Brandee McKinney, Garrett Henry and wife Hetty, Dustin Henry, Trevor Henry and Bekah Henry, (4) great-grandchildren: Caitlin Blakely and husband Cody, Cydnee Schuette, Skylar McKinney and Violet Henry, (2) great-great-grandchildren: Caleb Blakely and Carionah Blakely, (2) nephews: Michael Dilbeck and Gary Dilbeck (and families), brother-in-law and sister-in-Law Ben and Oradean Crabtree and niece Judy Dillon. She is also survived by several family members on Chuck's side.
She is preceded in death by her parents: William and Hazel Leus, brother: Billy Leus, brother-in-law: Jim Dilbeck and (twin) grandsons: Nathan and Jared Henry.
Pallbearers include Barry Henry, Dustin Henry, Trevor Henry, Joel Chappell, Royce Harris and Dale Mabry.
The family would like to thank the beloved staff of Livingston Regional Hospital for the skilled and compassionate care that was given to Wanda and extended to them. They will be eternally grateful. They would also like to thank the church families from First Baptist and Memorial Baptist for their prayers, gifts of love, and support during this journey.
