Services will be held Friday, March 8, 2013 at 2 PM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Zion Hill Cemetery with military honors provided by the James T Davis Memorial VFW Post 5062. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, March 7, 2013 from 5-8 PM. Bro. Chris Reagan will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Zion Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Walter L. Daily age 82 of The Rickman Community passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, March 6, 2013.

He Mr. Walter L. Daily was born in Overton Co. TN to the late Ben and Ellie (Neal) Daily on April 4, 1930. He served in the U.S. Army and worked in Construction. He was a member of the Zion Hill United Methodist Church.

He is survived by: Wife of 38 years: Rebecca Nell (Smith) Daily; 2 Daughters: Patricia Spicer and husband Mike and Rebecca Bilbrey and husband Jim; 2 Brothers: Bob Daily and Jerry Daily; 2 Sisters: Janice Brown and Magdaline Daily; 3 Grandchildren: Jonah Bilbrey and wife Vickie, Timothy Spicer and wife Cardelia, and Trenena Spicer-Wilcher; 7 Great Grandchildren: Annie, Emma, Grace, Analeigh, Isaac, Sean, and Malaki; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
