DECEASED: Mrs. Terri L. Palk age 58 of Cookeville, TN passed away at the Signature Health Care on Thursday morning, May 18, 2017.
SURVIVORS: Husband: Richard Palk of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sons: Chris Palk and Brian Palk both of Cookeville, TN; 1 Sister: Carolyn Howard of Monroe, TN; 1 Brother: Bill Edens of Monroe, TN; 7 Grandchildren also survive.
PERSONAL: Mrs. Terri L. Palk was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 19, 1956 to the late James and Lena Grobam Edens. Terri was a licensed LPN for years.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: Her parents.
PALLBEARERS: Jimmy Brown, Mike Palk, Donny Howard, Danny Scott, Ronnie Bull, Kenny Gilliam. HONORARY: Andy Brown, Roger Davis.
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Terri L. Palk will be held Monday, May 22, 2017 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Paran Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday evening, May 21, 2017 starting at 5 PM till 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Richard Bond.
