DECEASED: Mr. Carl Ted Poston age 67 of the Sulphur community of Overton Co. TN passed from this life on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Carl Ted Poston was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Monday, March 21, 1955 to the late Robert Carl and Lola Raymonde (Dickerson) Poston. Carl loved his family very much, he loved to hunt, fish, doing carpentry, yard work and flowers, motorcycles, but the one thing he could not do was cook. Most of all he loved doing everything the grandkids and great grandchild wanted. He was so loved and he will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Helen Poston; 2 Sons: Jonathan Poston, Joshua Poston; Sister: Peggy Conatser and husband Bobby; 6 Grandchildren: Haley Poston and her boyfriend Lane Presley, Logan Poston, Jacob Poston, Alley Poston, Sierra Poston, Nathaniel Poston; 1 Great Granddaughter: Alyssa Presley; 1 Sister In-Law: Gail Poston; A host of other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 1 Brother: Mark Poston

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Carl Ted Poston will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Eckels Cemetery. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Thursday 19 ^th starting at 11 AM until service time. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Josh Nave and Bro. Grant Pennington.
