DECEASED: Mr. David Shawn Moore age 51 of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio passed away at his residence on Friday, February 5, 2021.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. David Shawn Moore was born in Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN on Thursday, November 27, 1969 to the late Shannon Lee and Elizabeth Ann (Johnson) Moore. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

SURVIVORS: Grandmother: Odetta Hunter; 2 Brothers: Chad Moore, Chris Moore; Aunt: Shelia Preacher and her husband Tom; Uncles: Doug Hunter, Ray Moore and his wife Virginia. A host of other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; Stepmother: Patti Moore; 1 Sister: Lori Michelle Moore.

SERVICES/BURIAL: The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service will be planned at a later date.
