Sharon Lynn Marsee of Livingston, Tennessee went home to our Lord and Savior on Friday, October 6th at 9:47 am. Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, she is survived by her aunt and uncle Pat and Buck Ray of West Carrollton, Ohio, her cousin Melba Jean Swallows of Hilham, TN, her daughter and son-in-law Theresa and Ron Romzek, her son and daughter-in-law Donald and Kimberly Marsee, five grandchildren Scott Romek, Rachel Allen, Cody Marsee, Justin Marsee and Makala Marsee, four great grandchildren Ryan and Wesley Romzek and Evie and Barrett Allen.

Born on November 21, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan to parents Mable and Doyle Allen from the Poplar Springs Community. She grew up in Michigan and met Don Marsee, Sr. and at the tender age of 18, they married on March 18, 1961 and had two children. In 1990 they relocated to Livingston, TN to be closer to family where she worked as a registered nurse in home health care, tending to the homebound elderly in the community for many years. She was an active member of Poplar Springs church, she enjoyed gardening, canning, and cooking for her family. Reading the bible, singing church hymns and rocking grandbabies and great-grandbabies were her favorite pastimes.

The family will greet friends for visitation at Hall Funeral Home, 2106 Cookeville Highway in Livingston, Tennessee on Saturday, October 7th from 5pm-8pm and Sunday, October 8th from 1pm-2pm. Funeral service begins at 2pm and burial will follow at Poplar Springs Cemetery.
