DECEASED: Mr. Phillip Scott (Scottie) Robbins age 52 of Allons, TN passed from this life on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Overton County Health and Rehab.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Phillip Scott Robbins was born in Hamilton, Butler Co., Ohio on July 3, 1967 to Ordra and JoNell (Cole) Robbins. Scott was loved by his family very and he loved them back in return. He will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: Parents: Ordra and JoNell Robbins; 1 Brother: Greg Robbins and his wife Louise; 2 Sisters: Pamela Sircy and her husband Roger and Pattie Robbins. Nephews, Niece, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles. A host of friends also survive.

PALLBEARERS:   Travis McDonald, Talon Sircy, David Hunter, Jim Hunter, Rick Hill, Billy Moody.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Phillip Scott Robbins will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 1 PM with burial to follow in the Bethsadia Cemetery in Monroe, Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning, November 23 ^rd starting at 11 AM till service time. Officiating the service will be Bro. Aaron Bain.

We want to give special Thank You to all at Overton County Health and Rehab, there Employees, Residents or visitors. Each and everyone touched Scottie's life in there own special ways. His life was truly blessed by all the love he received over the 30 something years he called Overton Rehab his home. Scottie had such a precious soul, sweet smile and a laugh like no other. There are so many lives's that are truly blessed by knowing this sweet precious soul. We Thank You from the bottom of our hearts and you will always and forever be in ours.
