PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Samuel Ray Taylor was born in Monroe, Overton Co., TN on Wednesday, November 26, 1941 to the late Chester and Sylvia (Connor) Taylor. Mr. Taylor was a CPA and serviced in the United States Army. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Taylor loved his family and friends very much; he will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Julie Taylor Brown and her husband James; 2 Sons: Johnny Taylor and his wife Kim, Jason Taylor and his wife Crystal; 5 Granddaughters: Lindsey Worthington, Kelsey Brown, Rachel Taylor, Caton Taylor, Sydney Taylor; 1 Sister: Joyce Faust; 1 Brother: Louis Taylor; A host of other family and friends also survive.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Private Graveside services for Mr. Samuel Ray Taylor will be held on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 1 PM from the Saint John Cemetery in the Willow Grove Community of Clay Co., TN.
