DECEASED: Mr. Royce Matheney age 69 of the Rickman Community Passed away at his daughters residence on Friday evening, October 9, 2015.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Royce Matheney was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on June 12, 1946 to the late Willie and Bessie Raines Matheney. Royce was a farmer.
SURVIVORS: 3 Daughters: Becki Montooth and her husband Tom, Sharon Austin and her husband Lewis, Teresa Green and her husband Clint. 4 Sisters: Betty Sue Greenwood, Wanda Thompson, Brenda Carter, Barbara Copeland. 3 Brothers: Eugene Matheney and his wife Grace, Michael Matheney, Buddy Matheney.
PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: 2 Sisters: Linda Hassler, Debbie Allred. 1 Brother: Larry Dale Matheney.
PALLBEARERS: Wade Montooth, Corey King, Johnny Threet, Wes Montooth, Chris Garrett, Anthony Thompson.
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mr. Royce Matheney on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston with burial to follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 6 PM to 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell.
