Services will be Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 3 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Dave Smith Cemetery in Monroe, TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6-10 PM and on Friday from 8 AM until 10 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Denton Hummel.

Mr. Jerry Dale "Roscoe" Smith age 54 of Monroe, TN passed away at his residence on Wednesday, September 4, 2013.

He was born in Livingston, TN on April 28, 1959 to the late Carl and Margie (Little) Smith.

He is survived by: Wife: Catherine (Hummel) Smith of Monroe, TN; 1 Step-Son: Chad Reeder of Monroe, TN; 1 Step-Daughter: Chelsea Buford of Rickman, TN; Father-in-Law: R.D. Hummel of Allons, TN; Brothers-in-Law: Denton Hummel of Livingston, TN and Ronnie Hummel of Allons, TN; and Best Friends: Mike & Kathy Boswell of Rickman, TN.
