DECEASED: Mr. Roscoe M. Looper age 93 of Cookeville, formally of the Rickman Community passed away on Tuesday morning, June 17, 2014 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Roscoe M. Looper was born in the Thorne Gap Community of Overton Co., TN to the late Dock and Cassie Mae Neely Looper. He was a member of the Bible Baptist Church located in Cookeville, TN where Roscoe and his wife Bobbie would attend church together.

SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Shelia McCulloch of Franklin, TN Patricia Key and husband Terry of Cookeville, TN 1 brother: Ray Looper of Rickman, TN 2 Sisters: Berta Wilson of Rickman, TN Anna Tinch of Rickman, TN 3 special grandchildren: Laura Bass and husband Paul, Dustin Key and wife Adrien, Erica Matthews and husband Anthony. 7 Great Grandchildren.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents: his beloved wife Bobbie Jewel Livingston Looper whom passed away on May 4, 2008.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Services for Mr. Roscoe M. Looper will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 @ 11am from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN burial to follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Overton Co., TN family will receive friends @ the funeral home on Thursday, June 19, 2014 5pm to 8pm. Officiating will be Bro. Ernest Gault
