PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Rita Jill Kelton Buell was born in Tompkinsville, Kentucky on June 11, 1960 to the late Odell and Argie King Kelton.
SURVIVORS: 2 Daughters: Tricinda Buell and Jennifer Young. 1 Sister: Schnell Stacy 1 Brother: Liston Kelton. 1 Granddaughter: Miranda Cope. 4 Grandsons: Trevor Cope, Noah Rose, Nathaniel Rose, Sawyer Young.
PRECEEDED IN DEATH: Parents: Odell and Argie King Kelton. 1 half sister: Emmodean Cleary.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Rita Jill Buell on Monday, September 1, 2014 @ 10am from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Greenhill Cemetery in Alpine, Overton Co., TN the family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, August 31, 2014 2pm to 6pm. Officiating will be Bro. Randy Pickens.
