Brother in-law: Robert Daily.

Watkins will be held Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 2PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery in Allons, TN Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday evening, December 14, 2013 4pm to 9pm. Officiating will be Bro. Howard Dailey.
