DECEASED: Mr. Billy Richard Raines age 79 of Allons, Overton Co., TN passed away at his residence on Tuesday morning, July 31, 2018 with his family by his side.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Billy Richard Raines was born in Gainesboro, Jackson Co., TN on February 13, 1939 to the late Clarence and Bertha Harper Raines. Billy served our country as a sergeant in the Army. He loved to buy and sale and trade and meeting people whom he could talk to. Billy was a member of the Martins Chapel Church.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Frances Raines of Allons, TN; 1 Son: Glen Raines and his wife Amy of Allons, TN; 1 Granddaughter: Katie'Beth Raines of Allons, TN.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to his parents; 1 Son: David Raines; 3 Brothers: Jackie Raines, Donnie Raines, Roger Dale Raines; 1 Sister: June Bilbrey.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Billy Richard Raines will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 2 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston, TN with interment to follow in the Hunter Cove Cemetery in Allons, Overton Co., TN. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, August 1, 2018 starting at 5 PM until 9 PM. Officiating at the service will be Bro. Brett Gibbons.
