DECEASED: Mrs. Karen Renee Madewell age 46 of Cookeville, TN passed from this life on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Karen Renee Madewell was born in McMinnville, Warren Co., TN Carl Lehman and the late Scarlet (Wallace) Lehman. Karen loved her family very much and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

SURVIVORS: Husband: Tim Madewell; 2 Sons: Galen Madewell, Drake Madewell; Father: Carl Lehman; 1 Sister: Yvonne Lehman; 3 Brothers: Roger Lehman, Tracy Lehman, Chad Lehman; A special friend: Anthony Johnson.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: Her Mother Scarlet (Wallace) Lehman.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Karen Renee Madewell will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 11 AM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Cookeville City Cemetery in Cookeville, Putnam Co. , TN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday December 8 ^th starting at 2 PM until 5 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Roger Lehman. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make donations toward funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
