DECEASED: Mr. Owen C. "Red" Carter age 89 of Livingston, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday night, November 10, 2020 at the Signature Health care.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Owen C. "Red" Carter was born in Allons, Overton Co., TN on October1, 1931 to the late Eulis and Johnnie (Bilbrey) Carter. Owen "Red" worked as a mechanic on road construction for many years. He loved his family very much. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who knew him.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Pauline Carter; 2 Sons: Doug Carter and his wife Sherry, Greg Carter; 1 Daughter: Tammy Dishmon and her husband Tim; 1 Sister: Sue Jones; 1 Brother: Junior Carter and his wife Betty; 1 Son In-Law: Timmy Stephens; 4 Grandchildren: Lucas Carter, Tabaitha Dishmon, Tyler T. Stephens, Shelby Stephens; 7 Great Grandchildren: Maddie Carter, TJ Stephens, Annabelle Reed, Junior Reed, Grayson carter, Carter Hammitt, Zane Carter.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; 1 Daughter: Deborah Stephens.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Owen C. "Red" Carter will be held Friday, November 13, 2020 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Overton Co. Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, November 12 ^th starting at 5 PM until 8 PM. Officiating the service will be Bro. Teston Gilpatrick. The family request that you please wear a mask and remember social distancing.
