SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mr. Howard Glenn Reagan will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 2 PM in the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Fellowship Cemetery in Allons. Family will receive friends on Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 5 PM till 8 PM.
