Mr. Jimmy Taylor age 73 of Monroe, TN passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on June 8, 2018.

Mr. Jimmy Ray Taylor was born February 10, 1945 in Livingston, TN to late Ausby Cecil and Lucy Pearl Taylor. Mr. Jimmy Taylor worked as a roofer for many years. He loved fishing and boating.

SURVIVORS include his eight children: James "Arty" (Sissy) Taylor, Angela (Roger) Siegel, Debora (Dean) Pearce, Cyndi (Steve) Inman, Karen (Will) Taylor, Chris (Angel) Taylor, Kyla (Doug) Robbins, and Wesley (Royce) Taylor; 1 brother: Shirley Taylor; 7 sisters: Barb (Larry) Fleck, Linda (Steve) Chambers, Billie (Byrl) Mullins, Lavonda (Jerry) Tate, Darlene (Brian) Schmitt, Nola Guinn, and Connie Hammond, 36 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and his companion of 7 years: Miriam Robbins.

In addition to his parents Mr. Taylor was PRECEDED IN DEATH by: wife: Gloria, 2 brothers: Jack and Kenneth Taylor, 1 grandson: Cody Bidabe, 1 grand daughter, Daianarah Taylor and 1 brother-in-law: Tom Hammond .

PALLBEARERS include: Savanna Shock, Chellsie Taylor, Wesley Taylor, Trevor Taylor, Markus Bidabe and Tommy Shock.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Services for Mr. Jimmy Taylor will be held Monday, June 11, 2018 at 2 PM from the Chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Livingston, TN with burial to follow in the Nelson Cemetery in Monroe. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 11 AM until the time of service at 2 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Nolan Cantrell.
