DECEASED: Mrs. Evelyn R. (Pryor) Garrett age 71 of Cookeville, Putnam, Co., TN passed from this life on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Evelyn R. Garrett was born in Livingston, Overton Co., TN on Tuesday, February 14, 1950 to the late Edgar Itly and Gladys (Ledbetter) Pryor. Evelyn was a member of the Woodcliff Baptist Church and a CNA she worked at private duty. Evelyn loved her family and friends very much and she was always ready to help someone in need. She will be greatly missed, but she left each of you memories of her to always carry in your heart.

SURVIVORS: 1 Daughter: Brandie McCloud Hoover (Joey); 4 Grandsons: Brandon Hoover(Shelby Kirby), Bailey Hoover, Jacob Hoover, Judah Hoover; 2 Sisters: Georgia Irene Gibson, Opal Pryor Hosapple (Melvin); 2 Brothers: Alvin C. Pryor (Linda), Larry James Pryor; 5 Nieces: Brenda Zimmerman, Lisa Carr, Teresa Holsapple, Tammie Pryor Tucker, Crystal Wilcoxson; 4 Nephews: Ryan Holsapple, Edward Pryor, Michael Pryor, William Pryor; A host of great nieces, nephews and other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents; 3 Sisters: Lorene Staggs Carmack, Jewell Dean Staggs Carr Bean, Earline Pryor Wilson; 1 Brother: Edgar Pryor, Jr.; Niece: 1 Cynthia Shelton; 1 Nephew: Ricky Carr.

PALLBEARERS: Michael Pryor, Robert Zimmerman, William Pryor, Andrew Williams, Seth Daniels, Michael Vincent, Garry Hall. HONORARY: Her Grandsons.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services will be held Mrs. Evelyn R. Pryor Garrett on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Good Hope Cemetery in Livingston, Overton Co., TN. Family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening, Feb. 1 ^st starting at 6 PM until 8 PM. Officiating with the service will be Bro. Tifford Gunnels.
