PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Portia M. Garrett was born in Albany, Clinton Co., Kentucky on November 23, 1949 to the late Bethel and Laura (Boles) Garrett. She was an LPN .
SURVIVORS: Husband: Joe K. Garrett of Monroe, Tn; 2 Daughters: Holly Anthony and her husband Tim of Cookeville, TN, Betha Crabtree of Monroe, TN; 1 Half Brother: Lonnie Garrett. 5 Grandchildren: Carla Crabtree, Kristen Crabtree, Korbin Crabtree, Cason Crabtree, Jayla Anthony.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: Her parents.
PALLBEARERS: : Jeff Woolbright, Derrick Woolbright, Elliot Hicks, Ed Beason, Tom Garrett, Tim Anthony.
SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Mrs. Portia M. Garrett will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 11 AM from the chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery located in the Monroe community of Overton Co. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 starting at 5 PM until 9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Tim Anthony.
