DECEASED: Mr. Jearls P. Williams age 77 of Cookeville, Overton Co., TN passed from this life on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mr. Jearls Williams was born in Cleveland, TN on Thursday, September 27, 1945 to the late Lannie and Nelie (Hayes) Williams. Jearls was a hard worker for his family, and he was a Godly man.  Jearls loved his family and friends and he will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: Wife: Jamie Williams; 4 Daughters: Janice and husband Michael Nye, Rhonda Williams, Angela Storie and husband Jesse Estes, and Amanda and husband Noah Phillips; 2 Sisters: Colleen Davis and Wanda Kucharski; Grandchildren: Daisy Hammock, Mikie Nye, Mikalah Crumby, Matthew Storie Nathaniel Storie, Lannie Welch, Kaley Phillips, Braiden Phillips, and 5 others; 9 Great Grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, and other family and friends also survive.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to his parents; Brothers: Everett Williams, Varnie Williams, Roy Williams, David Williams, and Kenneth Williams.

PALLBEARERS: Michael Nye, Mikie Nye, Lannie Welch, Nathaniel Storie, Matthew Storie, and Noah Phillips.

SERVICES/BURIAL:  Funeral services for Mr. Jearls P. Williams will be held Friday, August 18, 2023 at 1 PM from the Poplar Springs Church with burial to follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery in Cookeville, TN. The family will receive friends  at Hall Funeral Home in Livingston on Thursday evening, August 17 starting at 5 PM until 8 PM then on Friday evening at the Poplar Springs Church starting at 12 PM until the start of service at 1 PM. The service will be officiated by Bro. Joe Hayes.
