PERSONAL INFORMATION: Elizabeth "Lizzie" Webb was born on Monday, April 04, 1994 to Charles Brian Webb and Diana (Adkins) Hunter in Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN. Lizzie was as a mom and daughter, she loved her family and children. She didn't know a stranger; she always had a smile on her face for those around her. She will always be remembered for how she always made everyone laugh and smile in her presence, she wanted everyone around her happy. She loved music, butterflies, and her phone (family joke) she was the light in everyone's life she touched.

SURVIVORS: Mother and second Father: Diana and Roger Hunter; Father: Charles "Brian" Webb and her second Mother: Cindy Woody; 2 Sons: Grayson Alexander Nelson, Noah Ellis Tresslar; 3 Brothers: John and Brittney Phillips, Joshua and Chyanne Brooks, Michael "Shane" and Faith Brooks; Grandfather: Asa Adkins; Grandmother: Faye Nelson; Special Aunt and Uncle: Laura and Kemith Nelson; A host of other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: 2 Grandmothers: Margaret Cox, Joyce Adkins; 1 Grandfather: Kemith Nelson.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Funeral services for Elizabeth "Lizzie" Webb will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at 1 PM from the Chapel of the Hall Funeral Home of Livingston with burial to follow in the Highland Cemetery in the Highland Mountain Community of Overton Co. family will welcome friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, Dec. 20 ^th starting at 11AM until service time at 1 PM.
