Services will be held Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 4 PM from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home in Livingston. Burial will follow in the Eckels Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5-9 PM. Officiating will be Bro. Jeff Monday.

Mrs. Dorothy May Matthews age 87 of Rickman, TN passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Monday, August 26, 2013.

She was born in Overton County, TN to the late Tucker and Etta (Bilbrey) Breeding on May 3, 1926.

She is survived by: 1 Son: Doug Matthews and Daugher-in-Law Linda Lee of Rickman; 1 Daughter: Elizabeth Pendergrass and husband Tim of Rickman; 4 Grandchildren: Danny Matthews, T.J. Pendergrass and wife Kristy, Shenna Mullins and husband Will, and Mason Pendergrass; and 3 Great Grandchildren: Audre Matthews, Makayla Matthews, and Sam Pendergrass.

She was preceded in death by: In addition to her parents; Husband: Dan Matthews; 1 Sister: Opal White; 3 Brothers: Floyd Breeding, Charles Breeding, and Carl Breeding.
