Luke's new love for the Bible, brought him joy and a loving relationship with Jehovah God. He made many changes in his life, so he could become a friend of our creator.
To be with him & hear his heartfelt expressions of his love for God, would bring happiness and make others want to learn about God too.
Luke would want others to dig into the Bible so they too could become Gods friends.
Luke knew he is now in the memory of God because of his friendship with him. The promise from God is found at John 5:28,29 "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out"
