DECEASED: Mrs. Helen M. Howard age 73 of Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN passed from this life on Tuesday April 18, 2023 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Mrs. Helen Howard was born in Allons, Overton Co., TN on Saturday, October 1, 1949 to the late Addison Maynord and Sue Holman. She was of the Freewill Baptist Faith, Helen was a hard worker for her family; she loved them very much and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

SURVIVORS: Son: Teddy Gunnels; Daughter: Tammy Gunnels; Sisters: Judy Gore and her husband Denver, Deanie Davis, Pat Wathall and her husband Ken, and Diane Howard and her husband Joe; Brothers: Danny Maynord and his wife Phyllis and Charles Maynord and his wife Jean; Grandchildren: Chase Clark and his wife Kisha, Chance Clark and his wife Sydney, Tionna Gunnels, and Tanner Gunnels; Great Grandchildren: Carolina, Callie, Chloe, Oakley, Ryder, and Vaylor; A host of other family and friends also survive.

PRECEEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her Parents: Addison Maynord and Sue Holman; Husband: Gus Howard; Grandson: Jake Gunnels; Son: Eddie Gunnels; Brother-In-Law: Junior.

PALLBEARERS:   Jeff Davis, Justin Davis, Wesley Maynord, Tyler Howard, Austin Bledsoe, and Rick Thompson.

SERVICES/BURIAL: Graveside services for Mrs. Helen Howard will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 4:30 PM at the Overton County Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will welcome friends to the chapel of Hall Funeral Home of Livingston for visitation on Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a graveside service to follow. Officiating the service will be Bro. Mike Campbell.
